Introduction

What you see is what you get with the Outback restaurant. It is a very simple place and very comfortable. It is fittingly situated on Chaweng beach and is in perfect harmony with the surrounding area. A very good place for food and beer and to get your night out started. People from all walks of life can enjoy the easy going vibe that this place gives off and while the décor is simple it still gives a nice cosy feel to the place. This is a perfect place for a group of friends to chill out and enjoy each other’s company.

As mentioned earlier The Outback Restaurant sits in the centre of Chaweng not far from the beach. It stays open until about midnight but don’t worry, its central location means there are lots of other bars where you can keep the night going.

Menu

The menu here is very simple but the food is delicious none the less. With an array of BBQ meats and seafood and burgers and chips, the portions are good and will definitely satisfy even the biggest of appetites. If you’re just stopping for a quick beer and dinner then £10 should cover your expenses, but you intend on staying for a few beers after dinner then you should bring some extra cash. A popular dish here is the BBQ ribs of pork with potato salad and corn on the cob. 1 litre jugs of beer are also available for under £4 .
