Introduction

The Le Cafe des Arts Restaurant is part of the Papillon Resort. The resort is French owned resort and they add a little bit of French flair to the restaurant's cuisine. The atmosphere at the restaurant is very relaxed with a certain amount of joie de vivre mixed in. The restaurant is decorated in a very stylish manner and there are art pieces from the North of Thailand. The art pieces are in a Lanna style from Chiang Mai and there is a showroom where you can purchase pieces of art should you wish.

Location

The location of the Cafe des Arts is excellent. It is situated in the Papillon Resort at the northern end of Chaweng. It is possible to stroll along the beach and reach the resort. The resort offers fabulous views of Chaweng Bay which adds to the attraction of the restaurant.

The menu at the Cafe des Arts is a fine mix of International and Thai cuisine. The restaurant also offers the very best of French cuisine and this can be seen Soupe de poisson sa Rouille et ses croutons.
