Green Villa is located on the southern part of Lamai Beach. This is a very quiet area with the bungalows set in a tropical garden just 200 meters from the beach and only 10 minutes from the centre of Lamai. The beach is famous for its white sand and clear sea against a backdrop of palm trees. The facilities at Green Villa include a swimming pool with children's pool, airport transfers, restaurant, laundry service, motorcycle and jeep rental and internet. Tours can be organized for the full moon party, marine national park and boat trips directly from the reception desk in the foyer.
Room Facilities
Facilities in the rooms range from standard fan bungalows to superior air-conditioned bungalows. The facilities in the bungalows all include a toilet, shower and bed. The standard rooms have a double bed, whereas the superiors have king-sized beds. The superior bungalows also have a bathtub, open air shower, terrace with pool view, cable TV and mini bar.
Attractions and points of interest
The resort is close to a golf driving range and not too far away from Hin Ta Hin Yai, which are the famous Grandfather and Grandmother rocks. The superb beach at Lamai offers a wide variety of water sports and also stunning views of the Gulf of Thailand.
Hotel Policies
There is a minimum stay of three days required at peak season and the office is closed from 8pm. The extra bed is a mattress that is placed on the floor in the room.

Guarantee Terms and Conditions
- As hotel prices can change frequently, you must contact us promptly by emailing
info@koh-samui-hotels.co.uk , but
in any event within 24 hours of purchasing your hotel room through koh-samui-hotels.co.uk.
Your email should include the following information: your name, reservation number
and the website where the lower rate is available. Incomplete or inaccurate emails
will not be taken into account.
- The guarantee is not applicable for same day bookings.
- The guarantee only applies in respect to a lower rate that is available for online
booking. The lower online rate must be bookable when we validate your claim, within
the 24 hour period. Screen shots will not be accepted as proof.
- The lower rate must be found online for an equivalent room at the same hotel as
booked through us on the same check-in and check-out dates with the same booking
conditions.
- The lower rate must be in the same currency.
- We will only match the difference between our rate and the lower rate if your reservation
through us is completed and not cancelled or the subject of a no-show.
- If the claim is unsuccessful as it is not in accordance with our lowest rate guarantee
terms and conditions, our terms and conditions of booking, including the cancellation
policy are still applicable.
- "Price match guarantee" does not apply to hotel rooms purchased through
or in combination with membership rates, frequent stay, loyalty points or other
reward type programs or special promotions of the hotel where the booking is made.
Lower rates available through opaque sites where the exact hotel isn't known until
after booking are also excluded from the guarantee.
