Situated on the Samui shores of Lamai Beach is Baan Family Resort, run by a pleasant French family and surrounded by flourishing coconut trees. Overlooking the clean pool is the hotel restaurant offering a range of Thai and French dishes. At the hotel reception area, guests can schedule trips, massages, baby-sitting, motorbikes and cars. Weddings are also catered for.
Room Facilities
Within the hotel are two deluxe garden view rooms and two deluxe sea view rooms. Both are bright and colourful and have air-conditioning, hot water, private bathrooms and cable TV. Additionally, deluxe bungalows are present, which also have the above features, however, they also boast spacious private terraces.
Attractions/Points of Interest
Guests will enjoy the convenience of the hotel’s beach side location. It is at Lamai Beach where water-sports can be found. These include paragliding and jet skiing. Additionally, many shops and small restaurants offering snacks line the beach. A popular relaxation spot for tourists is 'Chill In'. The cool bar is situated on Lamai Beach and is open until 2am. Within close proximity to the hotel on Main Street is a Muay Thai boxing venue. Admission is free if a drink is purchased from one of the stalls.

Securely located at the reception desk is a safety deposit box where valuables can be kept upon request.

Guarantee Terms and Conditions
- As hotel prices can change frequently, you must contact us promptly by emailing
info@koh-samui-hotels.co.uk , but
in any event within 24 hours of purchasing your hotel room through koh-samui-hotels.co.uk.
Your email should include the following information: your name, reservation number
and the website where the lower rate is available. Incomplete or inaccurate emails
will not be taken into account.
- The guarantee is not applicable for same day bookings.
- The guarantee only applies in respect to a lower rate that is available for online
booking. The lower online rate must be bookable when we validate your claim, within
the 24 hour period. Screen shots will not be accepted as proof.
- The lower rate must be found online for an equivalent room at the same hotel as
booked through us on the same check-in and check-out dates with the same booking
conditions.
- The lower rate must be in the same currency.
- We will only match the difference between our rate and the lower rate if your reservation
through us is completed and not cancelled or the subject of a no-show.
- If the claim is unsuccessful as it is not in accordance with our lowest rate guarantee
terms and conditions, our terms and conditions of booking, including the cancellation
policy are still applicable.
- "Price match guarantee" does not apply to hotel rooms purchased through
or in combination with membership rates, frequent stay, loyalty points or other
reward type programs or special promotions of the hotel where the booking is made.
Lower rates available through opaque sites where the exact hotel isn't known until
after booking are also excluded from the guarantee.
