BT Mansion is centrally located in the heart of Lamai on Koh Samui island. It is a locally owned accommodation, conveniently located in walking distance to the beach, to all shops and restaurants and even has the Lamai Thai Boxing Stadium right next door. The BT Mansion Hotel is a locally owned friendly holiday residence that is well situated for the beach, dining and entertainment in the evenings. The 22 rooms all have two single beds or one double bed. Floors are tiled and cool with large glass doors out onto the balcony that lets a lot of light into the rooms.
Attractions/Points of Interest
Located in the heart of Lamai, you are just a stone’s throw from shops, restaurants and bars that are easily reached on foot. The long golden sand beach is approximately 200 meters away and easily accessible. The main Beach Road shopping strip is about 30 metres from the hotel making it very convenient for a stroll in the evening and a bit of bargain hunting for souvenirs.

1 child under 12 years sharing the room with parents without extra bed is free of charge.
Minimum stay of 7 nights is required for arrivals between the 20th of December and the 5th of January.

Guarantee Terms and Conditions
- As hotel prices can change frequently, you must contact us promptly by emailing
info@koh-samui-hotels.co.uk , but
in any event within 24 hours of purchasing your hotel room through koh-samui-hotels.co.uk.
Your email should include the following information: your name, reservation number
and the website where the lower rate is available. Incomplete or inaccurate emails
will not be taken into account.
- The guarantee is not applicable for same day bookings.
- The guarantee only applies in respect to a lower rate that is available for online
booking. The lower online rate must be bookable when we validate your claim, within
the 24 hour period. Screen shots will not be accepted as proof.
- The lower rate must be found online for an equivalent room at the same hotel as
booked through us on the same check-in and check-out dates with the same booking
conditions.
- The lower rate must be in the same currency.
- We will only match the difference between our rate and the lower rate if your reservation
through us is completed and not cancelled or the subject of a no-show.
- If the claim is unsuccessful as it is not in accordance with our lowest rate guarantee
terms and conditions, our terms and conditions of booking, including the cancellation
policy are still applicable.
- "Price match guarantee" does not apply to hotel rooms purchased through
or in combination with membership rates, frequent stay, loyalty points or other
reward type programs or special promotions of the hotel where the booking is made.
Lower rates available through opaque sites where the exact hotel isn't known until
after booking are also excluded from the guarantee.
