Room Facilities
Within the hotel are three room types. There are Lawana suites and pool villas. Alternatively, there are five bungalows, each named after the colour in which it’s decorated, for instance pink, purple, yellow, blue and green. Each has the following facilities:-

Situated at the hotel are frequent Thai music and dance shows. Directly opposite the hotel is Bophut Beach, where an array of activities takes place such as windsurfing and snorkelling. Also located near to the hotel is a Thai boxing stadium and a local fishing village that is only 700m away so can be accessed on foot.
Hotel Policies
Rates are inclusive of breakfast.
1 child under 12 years sharing the room with parents without extra bed is free of charge. Breakfast will be charged at £6 per day for them.
Children under the age of 3 can stay for free, including breakfast and babycot.
There is a compulsory gala dinner on the 31st of December. Cost of this dinner service on the 24th of December is: Adult at £70 per person , Child under 12 years at £35 per person.
Minimum stay of 7 nights is required for arrivals between the 21st of December and the 10th of January.

We want you to pay the lowest price possible for your hotel. Should you find your
hotel room, with the same booking conditions, at a lower rate on the internet after
you have booked, we'll match it. Just contact us within 24 hours of booking, with

Guarantee Terms and Conditions
- As hotel prices can change frequently, you must contact us promptly by emailing
info@koh-samui-hotels.co.uk , but
in any event within 24 hours of purchasing your hotel room through koh-samui-hotels.co.uk.
Your email should include the following information: your name, reservation number
and the website where the lower rate is available. Incomplete or inaccurate emails
will not be taken into account.
- The guarantee is not applicable for same day bookings.
- The guarantee only applies in respect to a lower rate that is available for online
booking. The lower online rate must be bookable when we validate your claim, within
the 24 hour period. Screen shots will not be accepted as proof.
- The lower rate must be found online for an equivalent room at the same hotel as
booked through us on the same check-in and check-out dates with the same booking
conditions.
- The lower rate must be in the same currency.
- We will only match the difference between our rate and the lower rate if your reservation
through us is completed and not cancelled or the subject of a no-show.
- If the claim is unsuccessful as it is not in accordance with our lowest rate guarantee
terms and conditions, our terms and conditions of booking, including the cancellation
policy are still applicable.
- "Price match guarantee" does not apply to hotel rooms purchased through
or in combination with membership rates, frequent stay, loyalty points or other
reward type programs or special promotions of the hotel where the booking is made.
Lower rates available through opaque sites where the exact hotel isn't known until
after booking are also excluded from the guarantee.
